Los antiguios compañeros de Dio en BLACK SABBATH, cuelgan comentrios en el primer aniversario de la muerte del vocalista.
Un año después de la muerte del vocalista e icono del metal, Ronnie James Dio, fallecido el día 16 de mayo de 2010, antiguos miembros de BLACK SABBATH han colgado mensajes en homenaje al músico:

Tony Iommi, antiguo guitarrista de la banda: “Un día triste, Ronnie puedes haberte ido, pero nunca serás olvidado”.

Geezer Butler, bajista: “No creo que hayan pasado 12 meses. Descansa en Paz, Ronnie”

Bill Ward, batería: “‘Heaven and Hell’, ‘The Last Line’, ‘Stargazer’. Ronnie, tu sonido y creación musical vivirán para siempre. Paz ahora y por siempre”.

Ozzy Osbourne, que fue sustituido por Dio en 1979, no ha colgado comentarios en su página oficial.

Hammerfall
Según ha comentado el batería de HAMMERFALL Anders Johansson a EspyRock, los suecos se vieron obligados a cambiar la portada de su último trabajo "Infected" al ser amenazados con una demanda.

La portada original era negra con un logo de riesgo biológico, y fue suprimida por otra roja y negra con una mano.

Esto es lo que contestó el batería:

"Una vez más yo estaba en desacuerdo con todo el mundo, pero yo solo soy el batería. Al principio teníamos una portada con nuestra mascota Héctor que a mi me gustaba pero al resto de la banda no, y luego comenzaron a suceder cosas. Cuando vi la portada con logo de riesgo biológico, no pude evitar pensar en BIOHAZARD, parecía que ellos habían grabado un disco titulado HAMMERFALL. Luego pusieron las manos y alguien de BIOHAZARD amenazó con demandar a HAMMERFALL."
